Terms of service

These terms govern the purchases you make in this online store. By placing an order, you accept these conditions. The store owner's details are in the Contact information section and in the Legal notice.

1. Products and prices

We describe each product as accurately as possible. Photos are for illustration. Prices are shown in the currency of your country and, where applicable, include taxes. The price you pay is the one shown when you place the order.

2. Orders

After placing your order you'll receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, lack of stock or suspected fraud; in that case we'll refund the full amount.

3. Payment

You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely and encrypted; we do not store your card details.

4. Shipping

Shipping conditions, destinations and delivery times are detailed in our Shipping policy.

5. Withdrawal and returns

You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return the product, as explained in our Returns and refunds policy (the law requires a minimum of 14 days).

6. Warranty

Products come with the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users).

7. Liability

Use the products according to their instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use.

8. Personal data

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy policy.
