Destinations and cost

Free shipping to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands), the rest of the European Union, the United States, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
Sets and accessories (headband, cooling set and silk set) ship to Spain and the European Union only. Items in a set may arrive in separate parcels.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: contact us before you buy and we'll confirm the delivery time and cost.

Delivery times

We process your order within 1–3 business days. Total delivery time is 10 to 20 business days from purchase. During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas) it may take a few extra days.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you the tracking number so you can check where it is at any time.

Customs and taxes

Import taxes and duties are paid before shipping for all the countries we ship to, so you shouldn't have anything to pay on delivery. If you're ever asked to pay a fee on delivery, contact us before paying.

Delivery problems

If your order takes longer than stated, arrives damaged or something is missing, write to us from the Contact page with your order number and we'll sort it out.
