About the mask
How do I use it?
On clean, dry skin, put on the mask and the neck piece, choose a color on the remote and relax for 10 to 15 minutes. You can use it 3 to 5 times a week as part of your skincare routine.
What's included?
Silicone LED face mask, neck piece, rechargeable remote, USB cable, user manual and gift box.
Does it need to be plugged in?
No. The remote has a battery and charges via USB, so you can use it while you read, relax or work.
Is it comfortable?
Yes. It's made of soft, flexible silicone, follows the shape of your face and is lightweight, so you can even use it lying down.
How do I clean it?
After each use, wipe the inside with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge it in water.
Who shouldn't use it?
It's a personal care product for home use, not a medical device. Do not look directly into the light with your eyes open. Not recommended during pregnancy, with epilepsy or photosensitivity, or if you take photosensitizing medication. If you have a skin condition, check with a professional first.
Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
Spain, the rest of the European Union, the United States, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Sets and accessories (headband, cooling set and silk set) ship to Spain and the European Union only.
How much is shipping?
Nothing: shipping is free to all of these countries.
How long does delivery take?
Between 10 and 20 business days. When your order ships, we'll email you the tracking number. If you buy a set, the items may arrive in separate parcels.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
You shouldn't: import taxes are paid before shipping. If you're ever asked to pay a fee on delivery, contact us before paying.
Will it arrive in time for Christmas?
To receive it before Christmas, place your order by December 1.
Do you ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla?
